GP:50, an industry leading manufacturer of pressure and temperature transducers, is excited to announce that Ashley Thiesen has joined our GP:50 team as our newest Manufacturing Engineer I.
Ashley joins the GP:50 Team after working as a Development Technician with a focus on high temperature ceramic insulation for Alkegen. Her passion for Engineering began at The University at Buffalo, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2019. She then went on to complete her Master’s in Science in Biomedical Engineering, all while participating in a Research Project mechanically evaluating the interdisciplinary properties of a Titanium Alloy in an Orthopedic Research Lab.
While Ashley is a Buffalo native, she went to high school near the Southern Tier of New York near the Pennsylvania border. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys knitting and finds relaxation in tending her vegetable garden during the summer months.
Everyone at GP:50 is incredibly excited to have Ashley join the team! Her vast experience within engineering, and especially her deep knowledge of the capabilities of high-performance Alloys, will make her a significant asset to the GP:50 team! Welcome Aboard!!
