GP:50, an industry-leading manufacturer of pressure and temperature transducers, is excited to announce the addition of Joshua Bogner to our Engineering Department as Mechanical Engineer II.
Bringing nearly two decades of engineering experience to GP:50, Joshua has an extensive background in design and project engineering, product development, testing, quality investigations, and customer support. A graduate of the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, Joshua spent 17 years building his engineering career within the aerospace industry, working closely with engineering teams, production personnel, technicians, and customers to develop practical solutions for demanding real-world applications.
Throughout his career, Joshua has taken projects from initial specifications and design reviews through testing and production release. His experience includes SolidWorks modeling and simulation, qualification and design verification testing, engineering drawings and procedures, DFMEA/PFMEA development, quality investigations, and environmental testing requirements including RTCA DO-160 and MIL-STD-810.
Joshua also brings proven experience in product and process improvement, using engineering analysis and problem-solving to identify design and testing issues, improve product consistency and quality, and streamline manufacturing and testing processes. His work has resulted in measurable improvements, including a 75% reduction in customer returns on one product program.
His combination of hands-on engineering experience, problem-solving ability, customer collaboration, and practical approach to bringing projects from concept to reality will make Joshua a valuable addition to GP:50’s Engineering Department. Please join us in welcoming Joshua to the GP:50 team.
